A few months ago Fender guitars invited us to the Houe of Rock in Santa Monica to hang out and record a couple of our songs. We had a great time and want to thank our friends from Fender for the opportunity and for the awesome footage. Were also gonna be playing at The Echo with our friends Torches on May 13th for part of their residency. This show is being presented by KROQ and it's gonna be absolutely FREEEEEEEE!!!!!

In 35 minutes we will be playing at Budweiser Gardens in London Ontario, our 3rd show opening up for Neil Young & Crazy Horse. Soo excited to be here!!! The show last night in Kingston was incredible. The audience was super receptive and made us feel great. It's 12am and we are currently in a hotel in Kingston, Ontario. Last night we played the biggest show of our lives in Windsor, Ontario, opening up for Los Lobos and Neil Young & Crazy Horse!!! It was an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience. It was the first show of our tour and it's hard to believe that we get to wake up in the morning and do it again...
Driving up to Canada we stopped at a place called Ghost Rock. It also happened to be Donald's 25th birthday!

So....We are currently on the road.... and about to go... on tour ..with... Neil Young & Crazy Horse, and Los Lobos!!!!!!!!!! We're so excited that it's hard to put into words. Our first show of the tour will be this Wednesday, October 3rd in Canada, which will also be our first show ever outside of the U.S.! We'll be sure to keep you posted with pictures and info as the tour progresses :)

Can't believe we get to go to New Orleans!!!! And play at Voodoo Music + Art Experience!! It'll be one of the last shows of our October tour. Gonna be playing on October 26th on the Le Ritual Stage at 4:30pm. Words can't describe how excited we are!! We are excited to announce that on September 21st, we will be playing at the Bootleg theater and opening up for The Bright Light Social Hour! They are an awesome band from Austin Texas and their self-titled debut album is sweeeeet!! I read that they got all their equipment jacked while on the road which could possibly be one of the worst nightmares any band could go through. I wish this upon no band, but I'm glad to see they were able to raise a lot of the money back and share a night of music with us. We'll also be sharing the stage with our local friends Wake Up Lucid, who's debut album "Feel It" is also sweeeeet and they recently played at Echo Park Rising. It seems that there's just gonna be a whole lot of sweetness at this show, so you better be there!!! Wow! Its sure has been a while since our last update. Sorry bout that folks. We just got back from our East Coast tour and realized it was time to give ourselves an update! We left on August 2nd and flew to New York to begin the tour. Our Journey took us from NYC, to Easton MD, to Cambridge MA, to Vienna VA, Charlottesville VA, to Philadelphia PA, to Turin NY, and we ended all the way back in San Francisco with Outside Lands. The tour only lasted about 12 days, but it sure felt longer than that. We had a really great time on this trip, met lots of awesome people, and gained some new experiences about life on the road. We also really want to thank all the people who came out to the shows because we'd really be nothing without you. Unfortunately we don't have photos from every show we played, so below is a collection of images from the times where we actually remembered to take out a camera and snap a pic...

So we just got back home from our 10 day tour with the band The Royalty. It was great fun and we'll have a blog up soon that'll detail our adventure across the pacific north west. But, until that's finished, we have some breaking news... Today, our song "Skinny Bones Jones" was picked as today's top tune on KCRW!!!! You can click on the pic to check it out.
...Also, as if KCRW wasn't enough good news, yesterday we were featured in the Examiner!!! It's a very nice write up and we're very flattered to know that our songs are, "...an intricate, melodic, combination of masterful moments." You can read the whole thing HERE.

We are very excited to announce that our new album "Hero's Dose" arrived this Tuesday the 26th. It's available on itunes. you can click HERE to download/purchase it. We had a great album release show at the Satellite in Los Angeles, and we want to thank everyone that made it out that night. Also, TONIGHT we we will be performing the song "Fibber" on the Conan O' Brien show!!!! Anndd last but not least, we will be hitting the road for a weeks worth of shows in the Pacific North West starting tomorrow, and we'll have the shows/dates posted. Overall, It's been a great week :)

It's the third day on the road and tonight will be the first show of the tour at the Skylark. We are currently on the road from Portland to Seattle, about 50 milies from Seattle. We picked up a nifty thing called an air card so we can stay updated while on the road, which is how I'm writing this post at this very moment :) Heck yeah Hand Flyers

Exciting things are happening! Tomorrow we hit the road to San Francisco to play at Bottom of the Hill with Tumbleweed Wanderers and Rin Tin Tiger. Then, starting Tuesday, we shall begin our month long tour across the Western United States. Some of the dates are already posted and we'll be sure to keep you updated with any changes that may occur. Also we are pleased and super duper excited to announce that our new album Hero's Dose will be coming out on June 26th!!!!!! Check out the cover art below done by our friend Niv Bavarsky.
